If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, it happens to us all. From the log in screen you can simply tap on the [ I forgot my password ] link that appears below the Password field. You will be requested to enter the email address that you have validated with your geo account and upon tapping the [ Resend email ] button, we will send you a link to reset your password.


                                                       


Please check your inbox for the new password link we have sent you, make sure to check your junk inbox if you have not received it. 



Once your new password has been sent, you will be able to login to the app and will be prompted to change your password again to something memorable.

  • I don't have access to the email address I used when I created my account - If you are no longer able to access the email address you entered when you created your geo account, please create a new account and link this to your geo device
  • Can I reset my password in the app - Yes, use the [ Change password ] link within the app, select the  [ More Menuthen Account >> Change password.
